Ingredients:
- Bangus cut in desired pieces
- 2 kamatis
- onion sliced
- radish (labanos) sliced
- string beans (sitaw) cut into 2 inches lenght
- 1 bugkos ng kangkong
- sinigang mix or fresh crushed tamarind (sampalok)
- water
- salt or fish sauce to taste
Procedure:
- Boil the onion, tomatoes and fish with enough water in a casserole and cover it.
- simmer until the fish is half cooked.
- then add the vegetable, season with salt or fish sauce according to taste
- cook till it done :)
