Sinigang na Bangus ( Milk fish )

Ingredients:

  • Bangus cut in desired pieces
  • 2 kamatis
  • onion sliced
  • radish (labanos) sliced
  • string beans (sitaw) cut into 2 inches lenght
  • 1 bugkos ng kangkong 
  • sinigang mix or fresh crushed tamarind (sampalok)
  • water
  • salt or fish sauce to taste
Procedure:
  • Boil the onion, tomatoes and fish with enough water in a casserole and cover it.
  • simmer until the fish is half cooked.
  • then add the vegetable, season with salt or fish sauce according to taste
  • cook till it done :)
      Best Serve Hot
