Laing

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups shredded gabi leaves (taro) dried under the sun
  • coconut milk
  • onion
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • daing/ shrimp/ pork etc depend on what you want to add 
  • salt

Procedure:
  •  Put the ginger, garlic, onoin, daing, gabi leaves and coconut milk all together on a sauce pan. Add green chili if you want a bit spicy.
  • allow it to boil until the coconut milk look almost dry and oily add salt to taste.
  • lower the heat, when the coconut milk look creamy on the top of the veggies remove it from fire and serve :)
