Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded gabi leaves (taro) dried under the sun
- coconut milk
- onion
- garlic
- ginger
- daing/ shrimp/ pork etc depend on what you want to add
- salt
Procedure:
- Put the ginger, garlic, onoin, daing, gabi leaves and coconut milk all together on a sauce pan. Add green chili if you want a bit spicy.
- allow it to boil until the coconut milk look almost dry and oily add salt to taste.
- lower the heat, when the coconut milk look creamy on the top of the veggies remove it from fire and serve :)
