Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of pork cut into 1/2 inch
 - garlic minced
 - onion chopped
 - oil
 - ginger chopped
 - 1/2 cup of shrimp paste
 - red chili pepper
 - 3 cup of coconut milk
 - salt and pepper
 
Procedure:
- fry pork in a pan for a few minutes until it turns brown, and set aside.
 - Saute garlic, onoin and stir the fresh ginger till it slightly brown
 - add the pork the you've set aside
 - add the shrimp paste and the chili
 - pour in 6 cups of coconut cream, do not stir let it boil until the sause is thick enough.
 - continue cooking for about 10 min. then add salt and pepper according to your taste.
