Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup soy ause
 - 1/4 cup of vinegar
 - 2 pork bouillon cubes
 - 2 pcs small pork braised leg
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 - garlic minced
 - onion minced
 - oil
 - ground pepper
 - 5 pcs bay leaves
 - fish sauce
 
Procedure:
- Boil the pork leg when almost tender set aside
 - In a casserole, saute mince garlic and onion with oil.
 - Add the fish sauce, then the pork and the other ingredients.
 - Bring to boil... slowly simmer for half an hour until tender...
 
Ready to serve!!
