Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup soy ause
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar 
  • 2 pork bouillon cubes
  • 2 pcs small pork braised leg
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • garlic minced
  • onion minced
  • oil
  • ground pepper
  • 5 pcs bay leaves
  • fish sauce

Procedure:
  •  Boil the pork leg when almost tender set aside
  • In a casserole, saute mince garlic and onion with oil.
  • Add the fish sauce, then the pork and the other ingredients.
  • Bring to boil... slowly simmer for half an hour until tender...

 Ready to serve!!
