Sinigang na Bangus ( Milk fish )

Ingredients: Bangus cut in desired pieces 2 kamatis onion sliced radish (labanos) sliced string beans (sitaw) cut into 2 inches lenght 1 bugkos ng kangkong  sinigang mix or fresh crushed tamarind (sampalok) water salt or fish sauce to taste Procedure: Boil the onion, tomatoes and fish with enough water in a casserole and cover it. simmer until the fish is half cooked. then add the vegetable, season with salt or fish sauce according to taste cook till it done :)      ...

Ginataang Sitaw With Pork

  Ingredients: Sitaw or string bean ( 2-3 tali ) cut into 2 inch pieces pork cut into small cubes garlic medium onion fish sauce to taste  coconut milk Procedure: Saute the garlic and onion add the pork and saute till it turn brown add the coconut milk and fish sauce, turn heat down and simmer for about 10 min. add the string beans when the milk has reduce to its original volume let simmer for 5 min/ till it done.       Happy Eating :)...

Bicol Express

Ingredients: 1 kilo of pork cut into 1/2 inch garlic minced onion chopped oil ginger chopped 1/2 cup of shrimp paste  red chili pepper 3 cup of coconut milk salt and pepper  Procedure: fry pork in a pan for a few minutes until it turns brown, and set aside. Saute garlic, onoin and stir the fresh ginger till it slightly brown add the pork the you've set aside add the shrimp paste and the chili  pour in 6 cups of coconut cream, do not stir let it boil until the sause is thick enough. continue cooking...

Laing

Ingredients: 3 cups shredded gabi leaves (taro) dried under the sun coconut milk onion garlic ginger daing/ shrimp/ pork etc depend on what you want to add  salt Procedure:  Put the ginger, garlic, onoin, daing, gabi leaves and coconut milk all together on a sauce pan. Add green chili if you want a bit spicy. allow it to boil until the coconut milk look almost dry and oily add salt to taste. lower the heat, when the coconut milk look creamy on the top of the veggies remove it from fire and serve :)  ...

Ginatang Alimango sa Kalabasa

Ingredients: Squash Squash flower Coconut milk  (gata) Garlic Onions Fish Sauce 6 Medium size crab  Procedure:  Saute garlic and onions  Add fish sauce and the coconut milk let it boil and add th crab when the crab turned orange color, add the squash and the squash flower  Let it cook for few minutes and off the fire ( make sure that the veggies are half cook for better taste )    Ready to serve 6 people :) ...

Patatim

Ingredients: 3/4 cup soy ause 1/4 cup of vinegar  2 pork bouillon cubes 2 pcs small pork braised leg 1 tbsp cornstarch garlic minced onion minced oil ground pepper 5 pcs bay leaves fish sauce Procedure:  Boil the pork leg when almost tender set aside In a casserole, saute mince garlic and onion with oil. Add the fish sauce, then the pork and the other ingredients. Bring to boil... slowly simmer for half an hour until tender...  Ready to serve!! ...
